Divya Dutta, Jimmy Shergill to headline intense family drama ‘Tum Rahe na Tum’

MUMBAI: (Aug 20) Actors Divya Dutta and Jimmy Shergill are set to star in psychological relationship drama titled “Tum Rahe na Tum”, directed by Prem Prakash Modi.

Produced by Vinni Chawla and Sonu Katyal under their banner Fanatically Filmi Pvt. Ltd., the film is an adaptation of Swedish playwright August Strindberg’s landmark play “The Father”.

“Tum Rahe Na Tum is an intimate exploration of relationships and the emotional spaces people inhabit within a family. I wanted to look at what happens when love, expectations, insecurity, ego and ideas of masculinity begin to affect the way people see each other. The film is rooted in a very Indian family setting, but the emotions are universal,” said the director.
