LOS ANGELES: (Aug 21) Actor Teyonah Parris is the latest addition to the star cast of Apple Original Films “Running” and will feature alongside Spike Fearn, Brian Tyree Henry and Rhea Seehorn.
The film is directed by Gavin O’Connor and is produced under Makeready and Nike Films in association with Apple Studios, according to the entertainment news outlet Deadline.
The film is based on a story by the filmmaker and Bill and follows a homeless high school running prodigy on the hunt for greatness as he uses his gifts to outrun his past and find a family, according to the official logline.
