Sailesh Rathnakumar’s Selvi to be screened at Busan International Film Festival

NEW DELHI: (Aug 24) “Selvi”, the debut film by Tamil writer-director Sailesh Rathnakumar, featuring National Award-winning actor Anjali Patil, is set to premiere at the Busan International Film Festival.

The actor is also producing the film, which will be screened in the Vision – Asia section of the 31st Busan International Film Festival, which will start on October 6, according to a press release.

The project is set within the largely unseen world of home-care workers and explores care, migration, friendship, guilt, exhaustion and the determination.
