From finding new drug targets and predicting who might develop disease, to tailoring treatments for individual patients, AI is reshaping biomedical research, diagnostics and therapy planning, making them faster, smarter and more precise.
Every year, cancer and Type 1 diabetes take a growing toll on people worldwide. In 2022, around 20 million new cases of cancer were diagnosed, and nearly 9.7 million lives were lost to the disease.
