LUCKNOW: (Oct 26) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday directed officials to take strict legal action against land grabbers and those dispossessing vulnerable people, stressing that grievances raised by the public must be resolved with sensitivity, transparency and fairness.
Addressing officials during his ‘Janata Darshan’ programme here, Adityanath said the government was serving people in the spirit of “Nar Seva-Narayan Seva” (service to humanity is service to God) and asked them to work towards public welfare and improving citizens’ lives.
He directed officials to ensure that every complainant was treated sensitively and that their grievances were resolved satisfactorily and without delay. He also assured those who approached him that resolving their problems was the government’s top priority.
