FIFA Arab Cup (Date TBC) to be held in Qatar: At the request of the Qatar Football Association, Qatar will host the Arab Cup in 2025, 2029 and 2033, which will follow the principle of an invitational competition not included in the International Match Calendar. Algeria are the current holders, having lifted the trophy at the 2021 tournament in Qatar with a 2-0 victory over Tunisia.
FIFA Intercontinental Cup: The FIFA Intercontinental Cup gives the champions of all six confederations the chance to compete on the global stage on an annual basis.
The tournament has an exciting format, with teams competing for annual confederation-based titles and trophies. The quest for silverware will start right from the opening phase, when teams play for the FIFA African Asian-Pacific Cup. Real Madrid was crowned champions in 2024 after defeating Pachuca in the final.
